Order policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026.

The essentials

  • This site only places orders. The site does not fulfill or deliver them: it records your order and passes it on to Memorandum Brauhaus.
  • Every order is subject to availability and is filled while supplies last.
  • The final confirmation of the products and the total cost of the order is made through a confirmation to the personal phone number you registered.

How to place an order

  1. Choose your beers in steps of 6, with at least 6 bottles of each beer.
  2. Enter your postal code and tap "Place order". That tells us whether delivery is in La Paz or elsewhere in Mexico.
  3. Leave your name and WhatsApp number, confirm that you are over 18, and accept this policy and the privacy notice.
  4. When you submit, you get an order number (MEM-XXXXXX) and we reserve the bottles for your order.

Reservation and online payment

Reservation

Outside La Paz, and in La Paz when online payment is not available, your order is placed as a reservation. You are not charged anything when you place it. In the next few days we contact you on WhatsApp with the total cost, including shipping, and how to pay.

Online payment in La Paz

When online payment is available for your postal code, you pay by card on Stripe's secure page the total you see before paying, with local delivery included. We then contact you at the number you registered to confirm delivery. If a beer cannot be supplied, we refund its amount by the same method.

Prices

  • Prices are per bottle, in Mexican pesos, and include taxes.
  • Each beer's price is locked in when you place your order, even if it later changes in the catalog.
  • Shipping outside La Paz has no fixed rate: we quote it for your destination before you pay.
  • If you need an invoice (CFDI), request it by email with your order number.

Confirmation and payment

A reservation becomes a purchase only once you confirm the products and the total with us and pay. You can pay in two ways:

  • With a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp. The link is valid for 23 hours; if it expires, ask us for a new one.
  • By bank transfer, with the details we send you on WhatsApp. Send us your receipt the same way.

Delivery

  • Memorandum Brauhaus fills and delivers every order directly; this site does not.
  • In La Paz we deliver on the business day after payment.
  • Outside La Paz we ship by courier. We let you know on WhatsApp when your shipment leaves.
  • We only deliver to adults 18 and over with a valid official ID. If no one shows one, we cannot leave the order.
  • Shipping alcoholic beverages is restricted by couriers. If we cannot ship to your destination, we tell you and cancel the reservation at no cost.

Cancellations

  • Before paying, you can cancel your reservation at no cost. Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number.
  • If you leave Stripe's payment page without paying, or do not finish paying within 30 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically and the bottles become available again.
  • If we cannot reach you at the number you registered, or we do not receive payment, we may cancel the reservation and release the bottles.
  • If you already paid, write to us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you by the same method.

Refunds and returns

This site does not issue automatic refunds. Each case is reviewed directly with Memorandum Brauhaus.

If your order arrived incomplete, damaged or with the wrong product, message us on WhatsApp or write to somos@memorandumbrauhaus.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

If a refund applies, we make it by the same method you paid with: to your card through Stripe, or by bank transfer.

This policy does not limit your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).

Safari and wholesale

Craft Beer & Streetfood Safari and wholesale requests are made on WhatsApp. They are not orders on this site: the date, price and terms are confirmed directly with you.
