We brew craft beers conceived as a tribute to our Baja California peninsula and dedicated to everyone committed to its natural and cultural resources. They are made from barley and wheat malt, hops, yeast and water, nothing else. The water is prepared in our own purification plant. The unsurpassed quality of our beers is the result of the utmost care in the brewing process on professional equipment, and it is constantly checked by our quality control. Our brewer is of German origin and brews according to the German brewing tradition, one of the great brewing powers!
